Is there a way you can do it all... by yourself?

Short answer: I don't think so, Tim. 😄  (Home improvements reference... will definitely get lost in in translation won't it!)

If you are a one-man band handling all business operations, something will suffer. I can almost guarantee it.

But, understandably, you are definitely not going to let it be your actual work, so it's likely going to be something from the "background" -

The bookkeeping?

The not-so-frequent posting online?

The I'll-get-that-quote-to-you-by-the-morning and then not getting around to it?

This isn't to say that you are not great at what you do or that you haven't managed so far to do it all yourself, because clearly you have, and you're smashing it. But you've also never experienced how it is if you didn't have all the weight on your shoulders, have you?

It's just about taking that step, or shall I say leap, to let go of what you have always had control over, and seeing how much you can profit from it.

I get it, it's uncomfortable. But I'd like to argue it's worth a shot.

I have never seen any of my clients regret outsourcing.
